Enter Your Email Address Correctly
If your email address is incorrect, the Stage (event organizer) won’t be able to contact you. Although this may seem obvious, we’ve received a surprising number of typo-related issues.
Check Your Spam Folder
When you book by email, an automatic confirmation email will be sent from STAGLEE. This email summarizes your form submission and serves as a receipt for your request. Please note that your booking is not yet confirmed at this point. If you receive this email, it means your email address was entered correctly.
The same email is also sent to the Stage (event organizer).
The organizer will review your request and typically respond within 2–3 business days to confirm or decline your reservation (manual process).
If you do not receive a response within a few days, please contact the organizer by phone to check your reservation status.
Provide a Phone Number
If you are using a mobile carrier-issued email address (carrier mail), we strongly recommend providing your phone number.
Carrier emails are often subject to delivery issues due to strict filtering rules (see below). They are known to frequently fail to receive important messages. Adding a phone number allows the Stage (event organizer) to contact you by phone as a backup method, increasing the reliability of communication.
Even if you are not using a carrier email, we still recommend providing your phone number. For instance, if an event is canceled due to bad weather, the organizer may try to contact you in advance.
Important: Adjust Your Email Settings
If you're using a mobile carrier email address, please check your settings for domain filtering or restrictions on emails from PCs. These settings may block emails from STAGLEE or event organizers, resulting in undelivered messages.
Emails from STAGLEE are sent from send-only@staglee.com or info@staglee.com.
We also recommend allowing messages from the domain or email address listed on the Stage's event page, to ensure you receive responses from the organizer.
If you have never booked with a Stage using this form, please be sure to check your email settings each time.
Check Anti-Spoofing Settings
“Anti-spoofing” settings are designed to block emails that appear to come from a forged sender address. However, even legitimate emails can be blocked if they are incorrectly flagged as suspicious.
If you suspect that an important message was blocked due to such settings, try disabling anti-spoofing temporarily and attempt to receive the email again. Configuration steps may vary depending on your email service or app. If you’re unsure, please contact your email provider for assistance.
